The River Girl's Torment
I know this is an odd thing to do with a book just out and looking for sales. Nut Brown Eyes was released only three weeks ago and seems to be doing well and I do not wish to take the focus away from it as It's a cracker of a tale.
At the same time I think that it is so good that it can fend for itself even with excellent competition.
Working on Nut Brown Eyes gave me many Ideas for other books and one I worked on simultaneously is nearing completion and is a wonderful tale. I just wished to mention it here even though it will be a long time until it is finaly released.
"The River Girls Torment" will be my next novel with "When Night Reigns Supreme" delayed until October. The Publishers agree with me that this is one that many will love including those that usually stick to one genre hense the change in publication dates.
There is a girl in the river, a beautiful girl, she has long brown hair that curls like river weed. She has dark eyes, that glow with the colours of the river, she is sinuous as the eddy’s and currents that make the river live and she has been seen.
She is the girl in the river and he is the one that watches her. He wishes to find out about her, he wishes to know her, his river girl, he wants to understand her, love her and tame her.
But she will never be tamed. Never understood, never truly known, never will a man own her. He can love her, care for her, accept her, understand her but will never own her.
No one can.
“The River Girls Torment “Is a work of high fantasy, thoughtful, clever and full of earthy magic. I love these tales.
