Lonely Moonchild.

I have been encouraged by the recent surge in sales for the book "Moonchild and other tales", something that I always thought it's due. I know that sounds conceited, as though I am full of myself and my abilities but rather the opposite is true. I often doubt my works and creations, this one included, yet this book still resonates with me. I am always glad when a book sells, no matter which book it is. I have, however, a fondness for this book of short tales. I like so many of them. Of course readers will choose what they like and/or enjoy and this is not always one of their favorite's but I love it. It appeals to me as a reader. The melancholy nature of the tales and our place in the strange and dangerous world around us seems "true" to a twenty, thirty, or even forty year old me. I am growing old and so my views are changing bu I still think these are are "Wondrous Tales" even if I

do say so myself.
